As of June 18th of this year a brand new Chalene Johnson workout called Turbo Fire is on sale. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the name Chalene Johnson, she is a fitness trainer with an almost cult like following of fans.

Her fans range in exercise level, from the over weight regular old guys and girls like most of us who just want something to bring them lasting results to the most fit and extreme workout "junkies" that are always looking for their next "fix".

The greatest success in the in home fitness arena that Chalene Johnson has had, is a series of workouts the use the phrase Turbo in them. She began the turbo series with the turbo Kick workout routine, then followed with the Turbo Jam workout (probably the most successful so far) and as of June 18th now has her newest workout program added to the line up called  Turbo Fire Weight Loss.

The Turbo Fire Workout is designed to be similar yet at the same time very different from the predecessor Turbo workout programs. The Turbo Fire program uses a very distinct and original method for maximum results called HIITS. HIITS stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The Turbo Fire exercises will incorporate these HIITS and will be broken up with shorter, more high octane workouts. If you're a Turbo Jam grad than you will remember Fat Blasters which are similar to these HIITS, but notice that they're shorter and have more plyometrics, and are much more intense.

The same principal behind the Turbo Kick and Turbo Jam exercise programs still runs through out the new Turbo Fire Meal Plan workout, in that it will be a fun, fast, and a very high energy program. We might expect that type of design being that it is very much so Chalene Johnson's style. A word of caution though in that the Turbo Fire Workout is not going to be designed for the novice exerciser. This new program will be designed a bit more for those of her followers that are familiar with the Turbo style and can handle the new level of intensity.

Chalene Johnson is known for her high energy and enthusiastic personality. Many people love her workouts and she has a huge fan base because she comes across as more of a friend that is right there working out with you in your living room versus a hard sergeant type trainer. Plus her techniques really do bring results that have helped a tremendous amount of people lose weight, look better and live a healthier life.
